First, place the inner ring and outer ring correctly, first lay the outer ring flat on the workbench, then put the inner ring and try to make the outer ring raceway correspond to the inner ring raceway. Correctly insert rollers and spacers. Place the selected rollers/balls and spacer blocks along the raceway. When placing adjacent cylindrical rollers, their axes are straight to each other, and the two rollers are separated by a spacer block.

When the slewing bearing is shipped from the factory, it is generally packed with wrapping tape and fumigation-free wooden boxes or pallets. Keep the turntable bearings as horizontal as possible during transport, allowing only slight inclinations, this is to prevent large bumps. After opening the wrapping tape, use the lifting bolt to screw the slewing ring bearing into the lifting hole of the inner ring or outer ring to transport the bearing to the position of the device.

When maintenance is required, the raceway, outer surface and tooth surface of the slewing bearing should be treated with anti-rust treatment. If the slewing bearing inventory time is longer than 12 months, the anti-rust maintenance should be carried out again. If multiple sets of slewing bearings are stacked together, at least three evenly distributed wooden spacers should be placed between each set of slewing bearings in the circumferential direction to prevent the slewing bearings from colliding with each other. Try to place the slewing bearing on a dry and flat place and place it horizontally.
