Why do newly purchased precision bearings fail?

The newly purchased rolling bearing will run smoothly because the bearing is in good condition, and the running sound is small and basically no noise. These problems mainly include: improper assembly, improper use and operation, insufficient lubrication or poor quality of lubricating oil, poor working environment or poor bearing sealing, causing dirt to enter the inside of the bearing, mismatched clearance, and so on.

When the precision rolling bearing rotates, there are many reasons for harming the clearance, mainly including the temperature change of the bearing, the centripetal force and the mutual cooperation. During the working process, the working clearance changes, and the interference effects of the three factors are not independent of each other, but are related to each other. Therefore, it is necessary to eliminate the harm of these three to the working clearance of the bearing, so as to effectively clarify the clearance of the bearing and make the work and operation of the bearing more efficient.

Selecting the appropriate model, specification, bearing accuracy grade, and bearing with appropriate clearance according to the location and environment of use of the bearing is the precondition to ensure the service life and smooth operation of the precision bearing.
