ADAPT bearing used for Continuous Caster Machine
The bearing of continuous caster is the largest category of bearing consumption in metallurgical industry. These rolling bearings work in the environment of high temperature, high humidity, high load and low speed. Continuous caster bearings usually have high temperature resistance. Continuous caster bearings mainly include Spring bushing bearings, With aligning ring cylindrical roller bearings, CARB bearings, ADAPT bearings and Spherical roller bearings.
Size range: 100 mm to 170 mm bore
Full-complement design with a roller retainer to help eliminate roller fallout. Simultaneous full misalignment and axial displacement capabilities. Unique internal geometry optimizes contact stress and roller stability. Standard ISO dimensions simplify interchange with toroidal and spherical roller bearings. High static radial capacity for maximum reliability. Misalignment capability of +/-0.5 degrees (8.7 millirads).
